    Default 2nd Crappie Tournament Tomorrow


    Well gonnawin and I are entering our 2nd crappie tournament tomorrow. The first one was a bust with us only catching 1 crappie Hopefully tomorrow will be better although I think all the crappie are spawned out, the wind is going to be a steady 10 mph, and bluebird skies. Oh well hopefully we'll drift over the right spot

    well, we didnt do so hot in the tourney on sunday, armyman only had 4, and i only had 1, but i did have the catch of the day!! it was a 35-40+ lb log turtle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i caught him on a minnow, i busted out my camera and BLAM.............. damn batteries were dead, sorry guys. But this turtle had to be at least 35 yrs old, it looked like a freakin dinosoar.

    gonnawin what are you doing up at 3:03 in the morning? lol I am going to get the boat ready for tomorrow nights striper hunt, hopefully we'll sleigh them.

    Well The Striper Hunt Didnt Happen Guys, Nothing Did, Worst Weekend Ever For Fishing For Me, Oh Well, Gonnasee If Im Gonnawin Next Week Up At Mertle Beach!!

    Those tounament fish are a bit smarter than the other fish. LOL. I have been there and had the bad days at the tournaments. You either hang it up or roll up you sleeve, fish hard, and remember you are there to have a good time. Low stress that is what it is all about. You take that away and I am ready to go home. Good luck in your next Tourney!
