I haven't been since Feb. 2 and I posted the report. I plan on going soon. May have to take off work with the weather being so nice. I have some structure to sink. Roybouy and I sank 1 condo, 2 bambo "Mats", 35 buckets and 2 Death Stars at Wiess on Sunday. We didn't fish long due to the wind but we should do good next trip!

    Update!
I fished Toona today and had 16 good keepers with the biggest one ~13.5". I would have caught my limit if I kept 8.5" fish. Man I threw back +30 small fish. The water was stained and the water temp ranged from 48-52. I also dropped two condos. I went by myself because it was a last minute trip. The bite was really good until the wind started blowing. I caught fish 6-8' deep in 15-20' of water. I was the first boat at the hole and it didn't take long before there were several boats that joined me and they just kept coming. I didn't think it would be crowded on a Wednesday, I was little disappointed to see that many boats. I road to Kellog Creek for the first time and there was one or two boats there. I stopped by Walmart on the way home and got an electric fillet knife and it does a good job. Nice day on the water!

We may try on Sunday. What part of the lake were you fishing?

Thanks jfraley! I've been checking back. I'd had hoped to hit it today but the WIND is just to strong.

    Hopefully tomorrow!

Well, I finally got to spend 2 full days,( 3-4/3-5) on the water and stupid me got my face sun and wind burned, best to remember that sun screen folks!

Any who, Saturday was breezy and cool but the fish were there but slooow , the bite was better in the afternoon on both days. Saw plenty of boats trolling!

Looking forward to doing it again this Saturday!

I plan on hitting Kellog and Owl creek again tommorow, weather permitting so I will give a update if I go. If you see a ruby red metalflake and gray boat out there stop by and say hello. I am going to try the mouth of owl creek first then work my way back towards kellog. What I saw the other day (Monday) afternoon was the fish had backed out ,but with the warmer weather I bet they are trying to start staging in the creeks. Want be long anyway you look at it.
