    Default New Guy Here

This is my first post on CDC. I have watched this site for the last 2 years. Some of you guys blow my mind with the numbers of fish you catch. I mainly fish Sinclair. My dad owns the white house on Rooty Creek with the red tin roof. The one with the Castle thingy on the corner nearest to the lake.

I have fished Sinclair since 89 but really learned how to catch them in 98. I am good with the fish from March till Sept. I struggle during the winter months and I hit and miss in Feb. During the summer months I go out with lights and do well.

I just can't figure out how you guys are doing the long line trolling in cold months. Bout the only way I know to catch them in Feb is sitting on the dock.

Anyway just wanted to say hi and good luck to everyone this year. Maybe I can get to Sinclair in Feb and post a few slabs up.

Welcome from Gray, Ga. Come on over to Little River Park this Saturday morning and fish The Ga. Slabmasters Tournament with us. Outlaw or Shinerunner can give you all the details or just go to their website. Some of the most knowledgeable crappie fisherman around.

Welcome aboard! Lot can be learned Saturday. You have just as good of a chance to win as anyone. Or just come out to see what it's all about. I will tell you that winter fishing this year has been a lot like pre-spawn fishing from years past for me. The fish on several lakes I have fished recently have all been doing things they shouldn't be doing yet according to popular thoughts. Just food for thought.....

Welcome from Warner Robins. I have learned alot from this site. Now just find someone with a empty seat and ride with them, then it all will make sense, it did for me anyway. Good luck.
