Little info. Try to fish the channel anywhere from cedar creek down to swift creek. Fish have been holding pretty close to the bottom but i would try 15 to 25 ft. in that 32ft. channel. John deere, popsicle, and bumblebee did pretty good over the weekend longlining at about .9-1.0 mph...Good luck!:D

Swift Creek is the big creek at the south end of the lake due east of the dam. It runs all the way back under Hwy 300 to an old burnt out RR crossing and into a big cypress flat that is good spawning grounds. There is a boat ramp at the Hwy 300 bridge if you are gonna fish the south end of the lake and you can get minnows at the Rubo's store just south of the bridge on Hwy 300. But the ride from Radz down to the dam and Swift is not that long if you put in at Radz. Radz has gas on the dock too if you need to top off. Looks like I gotta work Saturday 1/2 a day so I will probably be on Blackshear Sunday.

We gonna go down tonite and stay at the park. Gonna hit Radz in the morning and get a couple cups of that sausage, eggs cheese and grits. If you go to Blackshear ya gotta go to Radz. Nice people! Jabbo is right. Jafacman and wife outfished me on jigs last time we went. Joe actually had a big grin on his face. He looked like this:D Hope to see ya'll there.

I guess I'm gonna have to give Blackear another chance, last time me and Slim went we lost a new Wally rod and reel, and about 300 jigs. (That's what it seemed liked anyhow).
That place made me say alot of bad words!
