The Terrova (sp?) with Ipilot will be the next T/M I spend money on. Once you use the A/P feature trolling you may not shoot docks as much as you used too! I haven't seen the Ipilot working in person yet, but haven't heard much negative about it. I now have the PD V2 AP/US2 55lb 48" on an 18' alum boat and can shoot docks when I want to, but you have to use the foot pedal not the CP remote. Usually just a tap to the right or left and leave the motor on continuous and use the speed roller when you need to move.

Foulhook or Henry has an I-pilot and i was with him the day he tested it...WOW is the only thing that i can say. The spotlock held us nearly still in 20 mph winds...It was amazing just watching it ramp up and down and continually turning to keep us on that spot... No way that anyone could do that and fish at the same time...It's on my wish list now :D It adjusts itself at 2.5 ft from the target area, giving you a 5 ft circle that it will keep itself inside of...Dock shooting will never be the same...

Shooting docks with the standard AP is not a problem. Ask Earl.
