Default water levels for lake eustis and dora

    Hello everyone,

I was wondering what the water levels were like for Lake Eustis and Dora. I come down every year and fish in Feb. Last year they were down about 4 to 6 feet than normal. Was wondering if the same held true this year? Thanks.

    The levels are DOWN.

    Go to http://www.lcwa.org
    then to: water resources
    then to lake information
then to lake county water resource atlas
    then to the atlas
then to lakes(select desired lake for current information)

Lake Eustis shows to be currently -1.49' below historic average(seems lower than that to me)
Lake Harris shows to be -1.55' below historic average but where i caught specks last year it's high and dry.--shu

    Default Harris Chain Water Level

Yes, The Lakes Are Low. A Lot Of My Friends Can't Get Their Boats Out. It Was Low Last Year And It Looks To Me That It Is As Low Or Lower Than Last Spring. The Lake Level Came Within 2" Of Reaching A Record Low In September And It Is Not Much Higher Now.

How has this affected the bite? I know last year when I came down it was during a cold front but the water was low and I could not tell which was causing the slow bite? I am planning againt to come down around mid Feb. Thanks for any info.
