    You might want to go outside and trim your outboard all the way down so there’s no water to freeze inside it anywhere. Stay warm…..

    Great advice. Something I have to remember to do all the time in these parts. Sure could make a mess out of a motor

    Great advice. Like DSJ, I have to do this every time I go fishing until spring gets here.

    As a good practice I do it year round. If nothing else it makes sure anything that would be left in the motor when the water evaporated is not left behind

    Thanks. Got down to 24 last night. No frost in my area. It was a gorgeous morning and I was in a Tee shirt about noon. Next two weeks warm air low winds.
    Maybe they will bite this one……
