Try the Withlacoochie River, or Silver lake on the river.
Nice lakes in Florida
And with that, I'll see you on the water...

I've got my jon boat up and running. Ive struck out on hunters lake again. has anyone fished rousseau, floral city, withlachoochee river, Silver lake, bystre, middle lake or lake tarpon lately? plan on hitting one of these lakes up in next couple days
I've not been up that way in awhile, can't help.
I'd imagine the withlacoochie is low, low, low based on how dry it is here in the Green Swamp. Watch out for submerged rocks and such. My boat has been welded a few times because of that river lol.
Then again, I run a long tail, so I don't tend to worry too much about where I'm going haha.
