    Default Classic mistake today


    Met Crappieday at ramp at dark 30 and we headed out. We each started on seperate sides of lake. Had a great sunrise

    trolled for sbout an hour with nothing and Andy texts me he has 4, shoulda moved on but kept saying they are here and gonna bite anytime. 9:00 decide Try as I may I cant force em to be there and finally moved on and got into some fish. Ended up with 11 in livewell and maybe 5 throwbacks and a bass and catfish.

    At least it ended in a flurry Mike, that bass is a chunk, I guess blue Gheenoe put more of a hurt'n on that area than expected....he was actually fishing north of the houses in Phantom's spot, tad-gum though, that was 2 weeks ago.....worth the trip for sure any-who, the weather was outstanding....

    Nah! It was a natural thing I shoulda known going across the lake in morning. Anytime I have seen a heavy solid line of floaters getting washed by river the fish are in the line getting easy pickings off the floaters. Fishe were loaded with water bait and grass shrimp. No shad in em at all.

    Good to get back on the water again Mike and away from the work politics. Did OK till the stinking gar woke up, what a pain........... Wound up with 18 on the clicker and kept 7 to eat today. Had to come in sooner than I wanted ,hot hot hot
    The gars favorite colors, green gold flake pink paddle tails.........they just loved em............

    Wow....People actually fish this time of the year???? I hate having a Jay Oh Bee sometimes!!!.Hope to see yall soon!!!

    Tim.... You need to get with phantom first chance you get for your 2016-2017 Florida fishing permit....vic's already got his....I think phantom put a limit on them this year!
