It's 20 Degrees up North (with wind chill, it's 13!) where "I used to live". It's 73 Degrees here. I go out in the boat catch my limit (one), and come back to the house, AND MY COFFEE IS STILL WARM!
Ya got'ta love it.
And look at how beautiful that fish is. It's an awesome resource. It's nature at some of it's best. All caught on a Shinnee Hinnee, no minnow. So not even a minnow dies, and the wonderful Crappie got it's pic taken while continuing to swim the waters here. Yes, you got to love it. Thank you Lord.

All BS aside, I would like to know how many fish you really catch when out. I have a feelin your a pretty good sandbagger.
The thing is, when I go out on my own lake here I usually don't fish long. It's too easy to go out, and it's too easy to come in. What I do is, I let the fish tell me whether or not to stay out. And in all seriousness, most of the time it's one fish, really. But I do have my good days. Nothing like some of you do on many of the other great lakes around here though, but I can catch fish here. My best day this year was 12 fish; 7 in the 11-12.5 inch range, and 5 just over 10.5 inches. This is not bad for Griffin. Here's the pic I took before releasing those beauts at my special spot (so I can catch them later, lol).
This year will still get better here. I can tell because the mornings here on the water are getting louder and louder. It's Springing to life!

Hey, Boss ... you might want to look into getting some sponsors in the insect repellent & sunscreen businesses. Or maybe just talk to this FLA business: Sunsect - Insect Repellent + Sunscreen
