    Possible locations for upcoming slabfests/slabtogethers.

Need input, Need someone to commit to co-ordinate each event. ( Can you explain typically what is needed to co-ordinate?)

November: LAKE HARNEY. We need to monitor water levels. ( I wish to attend pending water levels and info)

December: Lochloosa or Newnans Lake, Both are in Alachua County (great lakes for choices, worried a bit about folks wanting to travel close to the holiday season. as much as i would love a reason to fish either, I'm not sure what we could expect for turnout. We have Crescent in January and more then a few are going to be hammering that lake this year prob about this time (December). Maybe if the new locations are hit the first part of the month, it would relate to possible higher attendance? either decision reached I myself will be making every effort to attend.)

January: Crescent Lake (always a winner in the colder months)

February: Lake Griffin, ( Pasty white fishes look out. Im planning on dispatching a full surveillance drone to monitor Shu's every step leading up to the event, Ill be armed and as ready as it gets)

March: East Lake or ??? (Good stuff, Any lake down around south a bit I'm game for)

April: Lake Monroe (CLASSIC) to end the season. (Good choice, great facilities, I consider it our home waters. I wouldn't even mind fishing it again in December if things work out it being best for attendance, either / or...... a great location.)

Looking forward to a great season and seeing you all as much as possible!

West Toho would be better choice than East Toho..............less hydrilla, less wave
action shold wind come up........(east toho bad lake to be on)
Lochloosa good fishing lake plenty of parking room at cty park
Newman good fishing lake plenty of parking room, with tables, rest rooms
    Monroe good
    Dora - Carleton - Beau/Clare
Lake Dorr up in Ocala Natl Forest has some pretty good fishing - know little about
parking area and if it is safe for parked equipment

locate a suitable ramp, provide directions, and maybe provide a little insight as to where to fish etc. No eating....just a weigh-in....then awards.

Is that date set in stone? The CUSA tournament this year is Jan 23-24.

Probably needs to be changed to the third Saturday 1/17.....January has five Saturdays and Crappie USA is on the fourth Sat 1/24.

My bad...when I talked to you I wasn't looking at a calendar and and the 24th sounded like a third Saturday...... thus.....the 10th would have been the second Saturday.
