Default Anybody Fishing Blue Cypress , stick Marsh or Big-O

Well just getting ready looks like season is starting early this year at least up to north Florida but that makes for a 3 to 5 hour run for me being down here in Port st Lucie..
So just putting it out there to see if anyone has been trying Blue Crypress , stick Marsh or Okeechobee.. At least those I can get to within a few hours and be fishing..
I have been doing a lot of salt water fishing so have no been watching he board like I should but any info would help..

    Thanks Everyone

Sorry I didnt see that Huntinslabs. My brother gets on here a lot more than I do he was at a slabfest last year but lives up there west of Orlando..
I did have a few problems with a broken femur and a few skin cancers taken off within the last year ..
Thanks for thinking about me anyway and I still need to make it to one of the slabfest , My brother Herb couldnt stop talking about alll of the great people he meet there last year and we really want to contribute a few fish to one of them this year , its just tough with me being in a wheelchair to get lodging and stuff, But I do what I can..

Wow nice snook! We fished Lake Kissimmee in the spring of this year and it was always good. That should be about an hour or so from Port St Lucie.

Thanks everyone i am trying to make the time to at least make a trip to blue cypress soon to get in practice again.
I love spec fishing but just don't take the time because of the trip.
But I do know if you don't take the time to go you won't catch any
And snook fishing has been pretty good and it's real close to the house and I don't have to load the boat I just take a pole and the bait bucket to the bridge and fish and it's only 15 minutes away
But you just can't beat spec fishing on a beautiful day at the lake.
    thanks
