Mike......This is really embarrasing, but.........in all my whole life, I've only caught 3 or 4 Pompano........pretty lame huh???.........I've caught countless trout, redfish, snook, flounder......you name it, but only a few pomps purely by accident..........If your still thinkin of campin in Sabastian sometime.......... Maybe you can school me on pomp huntin.......
Rinse out the dang minner bucket:D
I will be booking my camping trips very soon and longpoint is on the list. Gotta meet a feller from New brunswick again that will be my free guide service for a moose hunt and free lodging up there if I ever get drawn. And I am going to Stuart shortly to get some schooling myself on the pomps. I will without a doubt let ya know when I will be down there at Longpoint. And them fish were caught in ya'lls backyard north of Stuart.
I know there out there, Just dont know how to target them.............
