Unhappy fished all day, and a big ZERO

Fished Beauclair, carlton, canals, dead river, Open water long line, spider riggin, and shooting docks, dippin in the pads, and only a few bites, and they were real soft hits, Where did they go? I am hoping later in the week will be better, These Blue Bird Days can be tough. Did anyone have any luck? I am hoping its not just me but I seen at least 40 boats tallked to alot of them and only 2 boats got a couple!

I feel your pain as I fished all day Saturday and caught a total of 5 crappie, and one 5 lb hybrid bass. The only thing that worked was slowing down and using a very small 1/64 chartruse hair jig.
Sorry about your luck, mother nature kicked in and the blue bird skies got us again. I believe this weekend will be awesome fishing, but the boaters will be out too.

I bet that 5lb Hybrid was fun, They sure can make a mess of a good spread. @ 4pm the water temp in Dora was was bouncing back and forth between 62 and 63. I am going again on Wed Or Thursday hopefully it will be better by then. I got to spend the whole day with my nephew even though he was really giving me greif about not catching any keepers, Oh Well I still had a blast !

Snookin were you in the pads about 3 or 4 pm? We went by on way out to the point and saw a few boats there. Wondered how they were doing. Also saw a couple in the hole by the bridge by palm gardens.

Darn Russ, you are one of the few who caught fish on Saturday. Good for you!
Snookinman...that hybrid was just over 5 lbs, and she fought like the dickens. I have no idea how I landed that sucker, and it probably took me 5 minutes to complete the catch. Even more amazing was how it didn't mess all the other lines out in the water. I knew it wasn't a speck right away because it covered way too much water in a very short period of time. Felt like I had a saltwater fish on.
