hummingbird 597ciHD Down Imaging sd card ?
I have bought a 2013 tracker 175tf that came with a bird 597ci HD Down Imaging unit that has a 64gb sd card that looks blank. However when put in my computer it has a few things loaded but I have no clue what if anything they are. Cn anyone point me in the right direction on this ? Thanks here is a pic of it

That profile file is a file that automatically gets written to the card by the unit or by Humminbird PC. You can edit info into the P1 thru 4 fields and the unit will display your custom text.
The thing that concerns me is that the Humminbird units typically only recognize up to 32 GB cards. I have seen some posts from people who say they have formatted the larger cards with Fat 32 and they will work ..... but have personally not tried it.

The Profile folder on the SD card can be deleted ... The unit will write another Profile folder to the SD card the next time the card is inserted into the unit ...
Like Bob mentions - HB units are "supposed" to only recognize SD cards up to 32gb ... so I'm not sure why that card is even working in the HB units ...

Thanks rnvinc and BobB ,I'll pull the card and get a 32gb and as nothing seams to really be on the card and I want to be ready for this next year as the wife and I will be in Fla all of April.( st.johns river area)

You can edit the 4 "P" lines at the bottom of the window and the unit will upload your custom text to be displayed upon unit startup ...
The custom startup text will remain on the unit even after that SD card is removed ...
