Need some help. Lowrance structure scan stopped working
I have a lowrance setup in my boat. Last weekend the structure scan stopped working. I went out today and played with it for several hours but still nothing. Here is what it looks like. The unit won't read the depth in the overlay. Just says -- now. That is using the structure scan as source. The actual graph shows auto depth correct. If I'm in 20' of water it draws out he screen to I think 25'. Just like it always has. But there is no picture. No scan if you will. Same for both side image and down image. Something I noticed today is that it actually seems to draw the screen in 2' of water. Not sure I can explain this but if I take off auto depth and manually set it for 5'. No matter what depth I am in I see a picture. It is kind of blurry as if you zoomed in to much on the screen if it were actually working properly.
What ive tried:
1. moved the trans mount just a bit. Angled a bit more down but no change.
2. Reset to factory default. The soft reset holding down the page button when powering the unit on. No change.
3. Ran in simulation mode then back. No change.
4. Verified power to the black box unto where all my Ethernet connections are at. Sort of. I just looked to see if the power light was on and it was.
5. Traced all cables from transducer to black box. Nothing looks damaged from that.
6. Have 2 other lowrance units in my boat. Checked and non of them display structure scan. They all show the same thing as the hds10 at my console.
7. All gps, and basic sonar work fine from all three hds units in the boat.
Any other ideas I could try before I take it to the shop. I don't want to be out my boat for a couple weeks until my turn is up on the list to be fixed.

At the steering console I have an hds gen 2 10". This is the unit I always use structure scan on so noticed it here first. All my units are networked together so any can do it. So I checked them as well.
Front has an hds gen2 5" which is primary for waypoints and the auto-pilot features with the motorguide Xi5. Then I have an hds gen2 touch 9" which is primary for sonar.
I tried all 3 and all three display exactly the same thing. No picture. But if you take off the auto depth and set it to 5 it looks like it is drawing a picture but it is not very detailed. As if there are just too big of pixels for that setting.

I had a similar situation with my gen2's. I updated the firmware and this seems to have fixed the problem.
Only problem I have now is I am getting scanned more now than the lake beds. My last scan was yesterday at VA. They doing a study on me. They (VA) ain't fix nothin yet. However, the VA found a piece of shrapnel that went undetected for 50 years. Yea!!!!
