Thread: Best unit for 360

If you already have a side image unit up front then just the DI would be ok but you do need the side image. We have the DI unit in front and it is used only for 360 and/or occasional down imaging but we also have a side imaging unit below it. If it is to be the only unit up front then it should have SI capability.

Luvpt has this sewed up. If possible I would definitely go with a si unit, then you have a backup if anything happens to the unit at the console. I currently have a 999 up front that I use with my 360.

Get as big a screen as you can too, helps when splitting screens to see map or 2d. I have an 1199 at the bow and 1198 at the console, world of difference between the 1100s and the 800s.
