You can change the viewing angle on the gopro from wide to normal to narrow depending on the video resolution. I film my fishing trips. I can pm you the YouTube channel if you want
I've had some friends ask if I was going to consider setting up some sort of camera to film guided fishing trips. Hadn't thought much about it. I do know I absolutely HATED Go-Pro cameras on my waterfowl hunts because folks wouldn't keep them concealed and they 100% flared snow geese. I don't see flaring crappie as being much of a threat.
What kinds of cameras are you using? What kinds of mounts? I hate the 'fisheye" camera work I see on so many videos and will not even consider them.

If I were in your new profession, I'd 100% absolutely film my trips, at least for a while. Until I had a decent library and nice production of the finished product, I'd even consider hiring a person or at least finding a person (maybe a local or nearby college would have a marketing intern) to film, edit and compile a nicely finished product. I'd post links to them on your website. It's a new generation of shoppers these days... Gotta appeal to your audience in a medium they relate to. Regardless what business you're in, first and foremost you're in the sales and marketing business.... Nothing happens until a sale is made !
But, to answer your question directly.... Nah, I don't film my trips, ain't nobody wanna see THAT !! Ha !!
