This is true ...

Depending on how the unit system is intended for use ...the OP may not need digital depth until the TM is deployed ...

Almost all of my fishing is in TMO lakes or other places where running distances are short enough to get by with the 100# thrust Terrova. The outboard was used so infrequently that I removed it when I swapped in the 36v TM. This should be the perfect solution. Parts are on order & I'll provide an update when everything's installed and working.
