whats the difference between beam select....options are 200 or 455 khz
then the next tab down is imaging frequency options are 455 or 800 khz..

whats the difference in beam select and imaging frequency?

is beam select sonar and imaging frequency DI?

    As I understand it ...

beam select = 2d sonar choices of degrees of angle (cone shaped)
Img Freq = DI choices of degrees of angle (fan shaped)

The smaller the number (kHz) the wider the beam angle, relative to each of the two different scanning methods.
