    Default HDS 8 gen2 structure scan speed?


    I cant seem to get the speed(mph) overlay on my SI, DI, or my sonar. It works on the chart screens. Ive only had it little over a week really like it. The learning curve hasnt been bad so far, changing from elite 5. Can any walk me thru the set to get it done correctly?

    When you add an overlay like speed, depth, temp etc., you have to do it for each page you want it to show on. In your case, use the pages button to make the chart page the active page, then hit menu, data overlay and then add what you want.
