Ok, so my bird is not reading my hotspot card. I can put the card in my computer andit is recognized but my bird diagnosis page says no SD card. Any Ideas??

What is the software version are you running in your Humminbird unit?
Have you tried both memory card slots (if your model has two)?
Have you tried it in another Humminbird unit?

798si, and no it doesn't recognize any. And the card has work for 5 years till recently.
