    Depends on which Lowrance you are talking about. The Elite 5 DSI you can run the cable in the groove of a MK troller.

    I have HDS transducers on a stick separate from the TM. I first had it on the TM, but the cable got snagged easily because I could not secure the cable tight to the shaft. I made up a rig from a old TM frame, but Rickie now makes a nice rig just for this application. Numerous members here on C dot have his rig.

    This is a good option.
