Default GPS and Transducer Cord Side by Side?

Hey everyone, my names Rob. I'm a newb to the site and a newb to depthfinders.

Im getting ready to install my Eagle Fish Elite 480 on my boat this weekend and I've been reading a lot on here about noise and interference etc. So my question is will I have any issues running my transducer cord and GPS cord side by side down the length of my boat or is it better to run them seperate?

    Thanks for all input.

don't think running those 2 wires close together will hurt anything, BUT try and avoid running these close to the main power supply for the TM as this could cause interference. If you need to cross at 90* that's ok, but don't run 'em side by side.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
