    Default Terrova question

Has anyone mounted a Terrova onto a Trition TR-186 or a simmilar type boat? It looks to me that there would not be a lot of surface area to hold the motor mount.

    Default Terrova on TR-176

I have mounted a Terrova 80 on a Triton TR-176 and have used it for almost a year. There was only room for four of the mounting bolts and the left front bolt is very close to the tip of the bow. I had no problem taking in all bolts with a ratchet from underneath the deck.

Thanks Fermo thats what I needed to know. Is it difficult to stow the motor? From the looks of it you are close to the edge when you raise the motor up.....and my luck I'll fall in...again!

Agian !! LOL........ They have to hang over to atleast the bottom of the "U" or it will not deploy properly, I always pull up to the dock on the opp side so it wont get hung on it.

BTW: Where is Belgreen AL ?

Belgreen is in the northwest corner of Alabama south of Muscle Shoals. And the fall in part was when the seat base broke of my flat bottom! That will draw your attention pretty quick!

Don't have the Terrova but the PD V2 and yes to me it's hard to depoly and stow. If you get back down this way you can come by and look at mine, it's mounted in the same position as above.
