Default 24 or 36 volt terrova

Next week I am ordering a new terrova with ipilot. Does anyone on here have a 36 volt terrova they use for pulling cranks .With a 24 volt I can only get about 4 - 5 hours on my batteries and I was wondering if I went with the 36 volt would i be able to get 7 -8 hours on my batteries . If I cant get 8 hours out of a 36 v I will just get the 24 v and carry 2 extra batteries. Thanks for any help

I just purchased the 36 volt today. As soon as I get it installed I will be sure to post. Might be a few days. I have the 24 now.

What kind of batteries do you have? There can be huge differences in capacity.

+1 you should be able to run dawn to dusk at those speeds. I agree it's more likely a battery issue.

Tommy, is your current 24 volt setup a Terrova or something without the servo drives? Like others, my experience has been much longer runtimes with the Terrova.

The first two hours I run it at about 60% and then I have to bump it up about 10% every half hour.
