If everyone in this world had just said OK to being told no, we'd be a lot worse off then we are today. It almost feels like you expect obedience to HB from owners and future owners, or never question HB. You, Ricky, anyone should be able to expect HB to make changes, to at least reflect the industry standard. My Auto GPS doesn't have a big problem with me stopping, it doesn't get lost.

Humminbird has stated it's working as designed. What part of working as designed don't folks understand?

u still havent read ur owners manual,people tell u what they want u to hear anymore.if u like urs so much why do u waste ur time commiting on this thread unless u are one of them people that what ever u own is the best ,i have friends like that,hehe

It seems nearly everyday someone says;

Make the readouts on the screen smaller or movable....no one says...."it's working as designed..what part of working as designed don't folks understand"...

I'm glad totally satisfied HB owners are tickled with their units...but for me..just because my HB unit is working as designed doesn't mean it cannot be improved.....

And just because I think my HB unit can be improved.... doesn't mean I'm going to switch to Lowrance.....I will continue to push for my HB to be the best sonar/chartplotter in the industry....

u said it ricky,agree 100% and dont forget u cant see screen good in sunlight,a sun shade should also come with the humminbirds ,but i guess its also working as designed

i didnt just pick up one of the units . ive had mine for several years and now own another. humminbird is the best.ive fooled around with other,i dodnt even like the little directional icon that L has, all that extra garb that comes with them not for me.everbody just learn all you can. choose whats right for you.hay life gos on. hay i dodnt want to sound hateful L is a good product to, just not for me.it is the number one seller thats great for them and there owners . i hope that in future update the donut get changed for the people that feel they need that change
