    That is out of the box thinking. How do the crappie react to it? I'll bet it is a killer bait.

    the length of these is 4 1/2. was just showing an example of patterns i will/can do once leonard scales this back to 3 inch for me. crappies down south would hammer it im sure, as i have caught 13 inch craps here with 4 inch bluegills in em(i thought they swallowed little turtles), but the 3 inch will be more geared for larger panfish. where i am at, northerns and bass obliterate these before a crappie can get a sniff
