    Default Color Bleed

I shot some shad stingers a week ago pearl bellies and grape bodies and tails. I was going to use tem this weekend but I noticed that the grape bled into the pearl and completely ruined the color combo. can some one tell me why that happened and how do I prevent it?

Was the grape a no-bleed color? Who's colorant as it...m-f, spike-it, do-it? You don't mention glitter, but if you had purple glitter in the mix there is a chance that the glitter bled.

Some of the holo glitters will bleed but not the silver so that's not it. Get the X2 Florida grape from Do-It. Its $9.00 for a 5 ounce bottle but the stuff is potent and four drops in 4 ounces of plastic makes a pretty strong grape color. One bottle will last as long as four 4 ounce bottles of any other colorant. AND...X2 does NOT bleed.
