Looks very good Tom. Wouldn't expect nothing less.
I got this mold as a walleye bait and played with it today. It doesn't have a lam plate so I cut one before I even shot the mold. I added some venting on the un-vented side of the mold too. Then I shot an orange run to see how things worked. I end up with two identical halves when using the plate so economy jumps right out first off. I was smart and used re-melt plastics for the colors because there is a curve to learn with splitting the body and claw colors....lots of notes already.
The fun came while I was looking at those eye stems and button ends. Not able to help myself I added 4mm eyes to both sides of each eye button. Cover dipping them was short of madness but I prevailed and now have a couple ugly critters on the desk staring at me. Maybe this alone will make walleyes mad enough to hit them.

That looks pretty good
I am sitting here laughing my head off what a brilliant idea of it certainly is different for one thing in a batch and nobody else out there is putting eyeballs on the end of their bass baits.
