Pretty colors!
Dang good start. I’d put out multiple types of structure. PVC, branches, wooden fence panel stake beds, etc. Never know what they will want to relate to day to day. Better to have a little of everything.
Let me know where they are and I will test them for you and give a report.

Without cross legs on bottom or float on top , think they will sink upright on bottom of the lake ?

One issue with making cover is that it looks good to most fishermen....please take this as constructive to help your fishing!
So where in your cover is a Crappie going to hide? Where would they ambush prey, or just chill?
When you make cover look at it...how many fish will it hold...how many can hide in it?
Crappie like trees and dense cover they can navigate in, hide, or rest....or stumps, posts, docks, big cover, etc, that offer shade or an ambush point.
