Was in Walmart today and this crossed my mind, then I saw it was marked down to autumn price cuts so I had to have one. Don’t know anything about how to season it, or cook on it. I have cast iron skillets, so it gotta be close to that as far as seasoning it, any help would be appreciated. I just want some blackened crappie fillets on it. I can’t wait. Thanks

Awesome!!! I love mine. To season is easy and to cook even easier. Blackstone makes some seasoning but you can use any plant/seed based oil to season it.

Here are some videos to help get you started. On YouTube check out Blackstone Products and Todd Toven channels. Lots of good information and recipes on there.

Made omelets on my Blackstone this morning with biscuits in the air fryer baskets. Ham, sausage, bacon, cheese, peppers, onions in omelet with salsa, crema and cilantro lime hot sauce.

This a example of why "Cooking Crappie" is my favorite board. I would never thought about using the air fryer to cook biscuits.

The Blackstone griddle I bought has the built in air fryer baskets. Pretty handy since I can cook everything for a meal with the Blackstone.
