Default My new favorite healthy recipe

This is my new favorite recipe for healthy eating
First take your crappie filets and place on paper towels to get excess water off.
Next take a glass baking pan and spray the bottom and sides with olive oil spray.
Then place the fillets in the pan overlapping slightly so that thie thick side are on top of the thiner sides.
Lighly brush on olive oil on top of the fillets and lightly sprinkle garlic salt and parmesan cheese on them.
Cook on 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Yum, hope you enjoy.
Lets go soak a line. Pat

Sounds delicious! Been looking for something healthy to try with the filets.

Another similar way which I got from the recipe thread on here was to mix 50/50 Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Dip the fillets in egg beaters and then in breading and bake in glass dish like you did. Add thyme or other seasoning to mix as desired. All good.
