    thats the way to do it but i like a wood fire to cook over

    I hope the flopping was over before then. Heads and guts might not fry up too good. lol Nothing like cooking fresh fish on the bank.

    Man that's hard to beat right there. Last time we went camping, I cleaned one of the catfish we caught that afternoon and cooked it in a foil pouch with butter and seasonings over the camp fire. Man it was great. Tried to repeat it at home and it just wasn't the same.
