    Default Spicy fried recipe

I like all my food spicy especially my fried fish so I figured I would share my recipe with my fellow spicy lovers here.

First I take all the filets put them in a bowl and add southern style hot sauce like crystals, tabasco anything basic. Let that sit for at least 20 minutes.

Next comes the breading, sometimes I do breadcrumbs sometimes I do traditional cornmeal/flour.
Good amount of garlic and onion powder.
    tsp of Old Bay
Tblsp of Cajun seasoning I use mcormicks
    black pepper to taste
    Decent amount of Cayenne pepper.
If you use the mcormicks cajun it is very salty so salt is not needed.

Then I go back to the filets and add eggs to them mix the eggs into the fish and hot sauce.

    bread fry and yumm

That's sounds delicious. I do something kind of like that. I use a homemade chicken mix made by a guy in town and mix in corn meal just to add a little extra crunchiness (I really like spicy but no one I fry for does so I don't add the cayenne pepper) but I then fry it and put it in a bowl when it's done with franks buffalo sauce and shake it all together. Just like boneless buffalo wings. I call it buffalo fish lol usually everyone knows what I'm talking about but any new comers give a little funny look at first lol
