u got a p/m
Our club has fundraisers where we sale fish sandwiches, we have a double basket propane fryer but it will not keep up, I was wondering if anyone has experience withthe cajun fryer, was wondering if it will keep up or not,as far as oil temp. thanks for your input.
I have read the reviews from past threads, just wondering about the oil temp when cooking a lot of fish.

I can tell ya from first hand experience. The cajun fryer is a fish cooking machine. We have a mancave meeting once a week and my buddy bought the three basket stainless model and it will put the fish on the table, We run temp at 340 and with the 3 baskets it will cook approximately 30 average size fillets in 5 minutes. Thats the time we have come up with . Drop em in for 5 minutes and take em out, put it this way you better have a man or 2 breading them for u or it will runn you to death. Top grade product.TE=duc hntr;1879332]Our club has fundraisers where we sale fish sandwiches, we have a double basket propane fryer but it will not keep up, I was wondering if anyone has experience withthe cajun fryer, was wondering if it will keep up or not,as far as oil temp. thanks for your input.

buy the way , be very careful of the exhaust pipe when cooking. If you touch it its gonna leave a bad mark lol.

plus 1 on what GitdaGrease said.... we got on at the lake and when we have a fish fry, there aint no comparison to it...its fastest cooker Ive seen. Dont breath too much of the exhaust either...it will lay you out.
Best cooker on the market hands down!!

Thanks for the input, I am going to see if the club will get this fryer. Thanks again.
I thought someone was looking for me LOL!
The Cajun fryer is the way to go they have a bunch of models to choose from.
And they are great people to deal with.
i can get 4 gal of oil to 350 in 15 min. And it will fry fish as fast as you can go.
I got the Handel for CDC after putting a whipping on a buddy and his wanna be cheap fryer at crappie camp.
sorry I didn't see this post earlier If you bought one please post what you think.

I have the 6 gallon at both of my camps, one at home and one on my BBQ trailer. They are amazing! Will cook more fish than you can keep up with!
