1/2 golden dipped fish fry mix with 1/2 golden dipped cajun fish fry mix. Makes a good blend that tastes good but isn't to hot for people who can't handle the heat. Done in peanut oil at 325deg. serve up with my wife's corn casserole, and some KFC cole slaw.

I,ve used Louisiana Fish Fry But the Chicken Fry is Better It is for Frying Chicken But is outstanding on Fish . Crisp fish perfect every time

I use Zatarans but have also made my own
Nothing is better than salt, pepper, and white corn meal. Why hide the flavor of such a great fish with cajun seasoning. Save that for the white bass and spoonbill.
