ALWAYS wear your PFD when boat is on plane and at other times is also fine. Always know who/what is behind you when you cast. If you brought it to the lake, take it with you when you leave. Your example might be the only chance a youngster/novice has to see how a good Sportsman should act. Take a kid fishing, you'll both be glad you did.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
