It’s a gewber parade….KY Spring Fling

It’s official. The invasion has begun. We’re having a gewber parade at paradise cove. We on site 15. Small place. The state park was full so we went to closest alternative.

Looks like he's pulling out a shotgun for duck hunting.

Caught a whopper.

It's actually a pretty small fish. But the only one we caught. It was caught on BEC's second cast, and then we were done anyway. We got out real late, and only Bibllbob fished at first. Believe me, there was more talking than fishing going on between these two war vets. And that was perfectly fine. I told BEC we needed a photo op fish, so he finally picked up his rod, and two casts later he caught this fish, and we were done. lol, Good times non the less. It was a privilege to be on the water with these two great veterans. Thank you for your service guys.

And the next day the Fling was on.....

All that and we forgot a group photo. Dang.

But a good time was had by all and that’s for sure.

Looks like a good group having a good time. With the pavilion it kinda looks one of our Slabfests. Good pictures!

In that one picture it looks like BB is reaching for his 6 shooter. OK OK maybe he had an itch. Great crowd and a bunch a great gewbers.
