    Default Little Maumelle River


    Fished Saturday morning starting at dawn for about an hour and half between I-430 launch and marina. Caught 12, kept six nice fish. Biggest was 1.12 pounds and full of eggs. I think they're starting to think about it. Anyone else fishing the Little Maumelle and doing anything?

    Jhook, I have been going down to Conway. I have not done anything on the LMR.

    Haven't fished the LMR in about a month...still haven't found any good concentrations of crappie yet. I went to Clear lake this morning and almost got skunked. Fish all over the FF and birds very active. Couldn't buy a bite. Looked like they had a small shad kill. One 12" crappie and a 5.5lb LMB. Still was nice to get out since it's been a while. Maybe I need to go check the river out again...
