I must make a public apology to Chris for holding him up at the boat ramp yesterday afternoon. When I got my boat on my trailer and was starting to get out, I noticed I had not disconnected the gas line before coming up to the ramp as I normally do when coming into the loading ramp area. I disconnected it immediately, but it then took a long time for the gas to run thru and the engine to stop (4 stroke), but I could not take the trailer and boat out of the water and off the ramp until the engine stopped running or I would have severely damaged my engine. Sorry Chris. I will make sure I am more attentive in the future. Paul

Well at least you reached out to express regrets. Most folks say go #%*<+ yourself. I was at Illinois Bayou ramp yesterday and 5 drunken young guys all holding brewskis were trying to load ski boat. Pitiful

I was new to fishing lake d'arbonne once a few years ago and didn't know they had certain way they prefer you to park your truck and trailer. So someone left me a nice note on my windshield, if you get my drift. I too apologized on c.com but I have know idea who it was or if they ever saw it.
