    Lg mouth and similar species also referred to as Ditch Pickles or Green Carp are yummy. Eggs fried up are good to!

    They are fun to catch too. Smaller ones are the best eaters.

    Smaller ones definitely taste better. I have made “crappie cakes” with bass filets and told people they were crappie and no one knew. I think it was funny.

    We call them "busterds." They're fun and yes, they eat pretty good.
