About 2 inches here in SW AR so far. It should help the bite big time. It had really slowed down here.
I caught them spawning behind the last flood a month ago. If you fish the north part of the state it should be prime time.
How much rain has ever one got? And how do you think it will affect fish they may be trying to spawn?

Just an inch here so far. Don’t think it will affect the spawn too much, other than maybe pushing them further back in the brush/trees if anything. I don’t think we’ll see a huge jump in water levels with what we’ve gotten so far.

In NW Arkansas we got a little over three inches of rain. The crappie on Beaver lake haven't started to spawn yet. Also, in the past twenty four hours the water level has already gone up close to three foot and still rising. The lower portions of the lake should be very muddy. However when the water levels stabelize we should have a good spawn.
The fish are committed. Full of roe and ready. Fish On!!! They’re wet already. Might affect the fishermen and women more than the fish.
