    Default Lowrance Mount

I need a little guidance. I was using a buddy's boat and broke the mount on his fish finder.

I don't know what kind it is but I took some pictures. Looks like I broke the part that is connected to the fish finder.

He has a Lowrance unit. I hope the pictures pull up.

    Thanks

best guidance would be to take it to bass pro shop, gander mountain, cabelas, or whatever you have in your neck of the woods and let them fix you up with a new one before you take it back to your buddy., if you want him to remain being your buddy

Your right there. Only thing is I live about 2 hours away from the nearest one. I was trying to find something online and go replace it.

The part on the unit. One of the circle deals cracked when I was trying to spin it around. It goes back on but it's not tight enough to hold the unit upright.

That looks like it. However, on his unit there is a small half circle that sticks out. It looks like it's for a thumb to push the mount off.

I don't see that on the model # you gave me.

I've had two Lowrance mounts just like, or at least similar to, the one you have pictures of and all I did was put a long screw through the holes from one side to the other and a nut, don't tighten it too much, and now it's better than it ever was. That might work in your case, but can't say for sure without looking at it.
