    Prayer Request Lake Charles Arkansas

Would anyone in and around the area of Lake Charles Arkansas State park be interested in a chainsaw day while the water is down at lake Charles to cut down some of the prop busting stumps at the lake? I have messed up a number of props out there, as well have some of my friends.

If you haven't already done this, you may want to clear this with whom ever manages the lake (state parks?).

I planed on talking to the park warden first. Yeah I would just like to clear the main area down the middle of the lake. and a few areas going into some of the coves.

Good deal and good luck. Bring plenty of extra chains saw blades. Stumps have all kinds of dirt, sediment, tiny rocks, etc. that dull a saw blade in a hurry. I learned this the hard way.

I guess I could just go out with the water down and mark all the stumps on my GPS. That would be a 2 or 3 day deal.

I guess it effects my pontoon more then a bass boat. I am currently rebuilding a 1985 Skeeter Starfire 150 Bass Boat. Perhaps it will not be so bad. I have just been slowed down on the project due to health reasons. I currently am having issued with a bulging disk at c3-c4 causing a lot of pain in my right shoulder and arm.

Dude there is no reason you need to cut anything. 100s of bass boats run that lake at 65 all year long. Go straight at the point on the left and run to the back. Its pretty easy to run.

Well on that note I'll move along, and do what I need to do.
