I have fished it several times this spring and have not caught a thing. Talked to a number of folks that were fishing and they had not caught anything either. I was there the day a man caught six at the fishing dock and he became famous, folks still talking about him it seems. Just seems like it has been really slow for the last 3-4 weeks. I was last out there about a week ago and talked to a gentleman that lives on the lake. He said he has been going to Nimrod. Surely there are some crappie at Harris Brake? I guess you just have to really know how to catch them. I have struggled every where I have been this year so that would not be me.

I fished there 2 weeks ago and we caught a few flipping jigs around the docks. Might be a good place to start.
He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Gave Harris Brake a shot a few weeks back. The guy at the bait store said it was full of stumps. He was right. Think I caught at least half of them haha. Full day of fishing and only caught one bass.
