American Angler is one of the best but before then I just got the cheap ones
All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.

I have the rapala 12/120 had for 3-4 years Cleaned 1000's of fish crappies bass walleye catfish , use it to cut pork loins off the smoker. Never had a problem. I have the cordless one too, my boys have the corded 120 volt only version . I had an angler hated it , used it one summer tossed it. So it's a ford vs Chevy thing lol

I have cleaned a bunch, I mean a bunch of fish with a cheap old Rival electric carving knife at work. It worked great for over 5 years. It recently wore out and I replaced it with a Mr. twister salt water. So far so good. I like I a lot.

I am Old Fashion still using the good ole manual fillet knife. I like to clean in the house so it makes less mess for me to leave the guts in the carcus. Takes me about 45 mins to completely fillet out 20 and never fails me. If I was going to use one tho my vote would be with American Angler.
