Default Lake Greeson Fall Crappie Camp

Are there any Crappie Camps scheduled for this Fall in Arkansas? We're thinking about having one either the 3rd or 4th weekend in October, which should be prime time for the Fall Feeding Frenzy.

Ah man, my first fall camp I went to. Long trip, but I loved it. Our tent didn't sit still all night long. 28 degrees and 30 mph winds at night, maybe 45 mph.
Fall break for the grandkids, camp n fish October 10th thru 14th. MS fall camp n fish October 16th thru 20th.
First weekend of November would work better for me. It's yours so plan as you wish.

I vote for the 3rd weekend; can't do it the fourth. I will volunteer in any way you need help. Welcome back to the board!! DP

I guess they probably have enjoyed the break. I did go out one time early last spring and caught this 17-inch/2-pound, 15-ounce pre-spawn female up in the shallows trying to get a head start on the spawn:

I have been spending quite a bit of time fishing around Pine Island in SW Florida and I would have to say I'm hooked.
