    I will stick with eating crappie. That was too much work for what you get.

    I know that an Asian exportation business man is talking about setting up shop in southeast Arkansas. They want to set up a fish processing plant for Asian carp. I guess the way it would work is that commercial fisherman would bring the Asian carp to the fish processing plant. The plant would then export the fish to their markets over seas. The experts are saying that the only way to thin them out is to create a market for them. Some people are trying to rename then to "silver fin" in an attempt to reduce the negative stigma associated with them. Hopefully it works.

    Instead of silver fin they should rename them " bacon wrapped ribeyes"
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
