Good job there CP,,and I really like my 9 footer too, my slip bobber is set to 17.5 feet though,,suppended fish you know...
Caught another limit off Gold Creek throwing the Jig and Bobber shown, same thing I used yesterday. I had to hunt for them today after the Flats where i caught em yesterday was dead, I went into search mode. Finally at 3 PM to dark I found them at the back of the east wing of the pool. Casted toward the bank and reeled back very slowly. NO Twitching the bobber. I was using a silver metal flake crappie nibble and fishing 3-4 feet deep. Water Temp was 45 dgrees. This is my 23rd limit in a row off Gold Creek. The fish ran smaller today but It was still a fun day on the water. Man I love my 9 foot Ozark casting rod and its put my last two limits in the boat for me. Tight Lines...
